North- From a point determined by the highest watermark on River Hooghly near Nalanda Engineering Company of Howrah side opposite to the western wall of the Hooghly Jute Mill on Calcutta side and the following the highest watermark moving eastward and further north uphill to the northern end of the Bengal Jute Mills buildings on the Howrah side, thence crossing the River Hooghly along the shortest line up to a point on the eastern side of Strand Road, Calcutta, opposite to the extreme southern end of Outram Ghat Landing stage, including all that portion of the River Hooghly from the above northern boundary and all that floats thereon. East- From a point on the eastern limits of Strand Road opposite the extreme southern end of Outram Ghat Landing stage, thence along the eastern limits of Strand Road up to its junction with Napier Road, near Marine House, thence following the eastern limits of Napier Road up to the Hastings Bridge, then Hastings Bridge itself till it meets Garden Reach Road, thence by the western limits of Garden Reach Road to its junction with Shasthitala Road, then by the western limits of Shasthitala Road and Satya Doctor Road up to its junction with Karl Marx Sarani (old Circular Garden Reach Road), thence crossing Satya Doctor Road eastward by the northern boundary of Karl Marx Sarani up to the north-west corner of the junction of Ramanath Pal Road and Karl Marx Sarani, thence crossing Ramanath Pal Road to the north-east corner of the said junction, thence crossing Karl Marx Sarani, southward by the eastern limits of Bhukailash Road up to Port Commissioner s boundary near Remount Road, thence proceeding eastward along the Port Commissioner s boundary and southern limits of Jala Lane up to its junction with Diamond Harbour Road, thence southward by the western limits of Diamond Harbour Road up to the northern limits of the Budge Budge railway line fencing crossing Majerhat Bridge. South- From the junction point of the western limits of Diamond Harbour Road and north fencing of the Budge Budge railway line, thence westward along the northern limits of Budge Budge railway lines up to the north-east corner of the junction of the Budge Budge railway line and Hide Road. West- From north-east corner of the junction of the northern fencing of the Budge Budge railway line and Hide Road, thence northward by the eastern limits of Hide Road to the south-east corner of the junction of Karl Marx Sarani and Hide Road, thence eastward along the southern limits of Karl Marx Sarani to a point opposite to north-east corner of the junction of Dumayune Avenue and Karl Marx Sarani, thence crossing Karl Marx Sarani by the shortest line which meets the western boundary wall of the Khidderpore Dock and thence northward along the eastern limits of Dumayune Avenue till it reaches the junction of Garden Reach Road, thence crossing Garden Reach Road by a straight line to a point on the southern wall of Hooghly Jute Mill and thence westward along the northern limits of Garden Reach Road till the end of the western wall of the Hooghly Jute Mill and thence along the western wall of said jute mill to the bank of River Hooghly and across the river by a straight line northwards up to the point on the opposite bank on Howrah side, defined by the highest watermark near Nalanda Engineering Company.

NORTH : Starting from a point where the Eastern limit of Jhil Road meets the Southern limit of Garfa Main Road, thence eastward along the Southern limits of Garfa Main Road, Vivekananda Sarani, Kalikapur Road, up to its meeting point with the Eastern limit of Panchannagram Main Canal, thence northwards along the Eastern limit of Panchannagram Main Canal up to its meeting point with the Eastern limit of Eastern Metropolitan Bye-Pass. EAST : By the Eastern limit of Eastern Metropolitan Bye-Pass up to its meeting point with the Eastern limit of Eastern Railway line. SOUTH and WEST: Starting from the point where Eastern limit of the Eastern Metropolitan Bye-Pass meets the Eastern limit of Railway line, thence north-west direction along the eastern limit of the eastern railway line up to the Eastern limit of Jadabpur station Road thence northwards along the Eastern limits of Jadabpur Station Road and Jhil Road up to the point, where it meets the Southern Boundary of Garfa Main Road.

North- From the north-east corner of the junction of Lenin Sarani (old Dharmatala Street), Nirmal Chandra Street (old Wellington Street) and Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road (old Wellesly St.), thence east ward along the northern limit of Lenin Sarani to Acharya Jagadish Chandra Bose Road up to the north-west corner of the junction of Lenin Sarani and Acharya Jagadish Chandra Bose Road, thence crossing the Acharya Jagadish Chandra Bose Road east ward up to the north-east corner of the junction of Lenin Sarani and Acharya Jagadish Chandra Bose Road. East- From the north-east corner of the junction of Lenin Sarani (old Dharmatala St.) and Acharya Jagadish Chandra Bose Road, thence south ward along the eastern limit of Acharya Jagadish Chandra Bose Road, up to the north-east corner of the junction of Alimuddin Street and Acharya Jagadish Chandra Bose Road. South- From the north-east corner of the junction of Alimuddin Street and Acharya Jagadish Chandra Bose Road, thence crossing Acharya Jagadish Chandra Bose Road west ward up to the north west corner of the junction of Acharya Jagadish Chandra Bose Road and Alimuddin Street thence by the northern limit of Alimuddin Street up to the north east corner of the junction of Alimuddin Street and Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road (old Wellesly Street). West- From the north east corner of the junction of Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road (old Wellesly Street) and Alimuddin Street, thence north ward by the eastern limit of Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road up to the south east corner of the junction of Lenin Sarani and Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road, thence crossing Lenin Sarani North ward up to the north east corner of the junction of Lenin Sarani (old Dharmatala St.), Nirmal Chunder Street and Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road.

West- Goods Railway track from its junction of Christopher Road and Bechulal Road up to Canal South Road Railway over bridge.

East- Diamond Harbour Road (road excluded) from Majerhat Bridge up to the extreme Southern limit of C P C Land as also limit of Calcutta Municipal boundary. Then following Port Commissioner s Port Land Park to its junction of Raja Santosh Road and crossing the road, then following the southern side of Raja Santosh Road, running straight towards west up to where it meets Diamond Harbour Road, high level approach portion of Majerhat Bridge, then southwards following the eastern side of Diamond Harbour Road and Majerhat Bridge to the northern boundary of the railway line at Majerhat. South- From Diamond Harbour Road extreme Southern boundary pillars of C P C Land west-wards along the Calcutta Municipal boundary, where it meets Banamali Naskar Road, thence by the north side of Banamali Naskar Road to its junction with Budge Budge Road thence along southern and western boundary of C P C Land. West- Along Western extremity of C P C Land from Budge Budge Road up to level crossing of old Budge Budge Railway line. North- Along Southern fencing of old Budge Budge Railway line form Diamond Harbour Road to western limit of Port Commissioner s Land.

NORTH: Staring from a point where the southern limit of Ho-Chi- Min Sarani meets the eastern limit of Sarsuna Main road, thence eastward along the southern limit of Ho-Chi Min Sarani and Raja Ram Mohan Roy Road upto a point where it meets the eastern limit of James Long Sarani. EAST: Starting from a point on the eastern limit of James Long Sarani, where it meets the southern limit of Raja Ram Mohan Roy Road, thence southwards along the eastern limit of James Long Sarani upto a point, where it meets the eastern limit of Diamond Harbour Road, thence southwards along the eastern limit of Diamond Harbour Road, where it meets southern boundary of mouza Hanspukuria. SOUTH: By the southern boundary of mouza Hanspukuria. WEST: By the outer boundaries of mouza Hanspukuria, upto a point where it meets the northern limit of Churial Khal, thence eastwards along the northern limit of Churial Khal, upto a point where it meets the eastern limit of Kalagachia Khal thence northwards along the eastern limit of Kalagachia Khal upto a point where it meets the southern limit of Khan Mohammad road, thence eastward along the southern limit of Khan Mohammad Road upto a point where it meets the eastern limit of Dakshin Behala Road, thence northwards along the eastern limit of Dakshin Behala Road upto a point where it meets the eastern limit of Sarsuna Main Road, thence northwards along the eastern limit of Sarsuna Main Road up to the point where it meets the southern limit of Ho-Chi Min Sarani.

NORTH : Starting from a point where southern limit of extended Dr. B. N. Dey Road meets the eastern limit of Topsia Road (south), thence eastwards along the southern limit of Dr. B. N. Dey Road up to a point, where it meets the eastern limit of the Eastern Metropolitan Bye-Pass. EAST : Starting from a point where eastern limit of Eastern Metropolitan Bye-Pass meets the southern limit of Dr. B. N. Dey Road, thence southwards along the eastern limit of the Eastern Metropolitan Bye-Pass up to the extended southern limit of Picnic Garden Road. SOUTH : Starting from the junction point of eastern limit of Eastern Metropolitan Bye-Pass and extended southern limit of Picnic Garden Road thence westwards along the southern limit of Picnic Garden Road upto the point where it meets the eastern limit of Tiljala Road. WEST : Starting from the junction point of the eastern limit of Tiljala Road and the southern limit of Picnic Garden Road, thence northwards along the eastern limit of Tiljala Road upto the Tiljala Masjidbari Lana, thence by the southern limit of Tiljala Masjidbari Lane and Topsia Road South upto the point where it meets the southern limit of Dr. B. N. Dey Road
