North- From the north-east corner of the junction of Sidhu-Kanu Dahar (old Esplanade Row), Jawaharlal Nehru Road (old Chowringhee Road) and Lenin Sarani (old Dharmatala Street), thence east ward along the northern limit of Lenin Sarani to Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road (old Wellesly Street), Thence crossing Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road east ward up to the northeast corner of the junction of Lenin Sarani (old Dharmatala Street), Nirmal Chandra Street (old Wellington Street) and Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road. East- From the north-east corner of the junction of Lenin Sarani (Old Dharmatala Street), Nirmal Chandra Street (Old Wellington Street), and Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road (old Wellesly Street) thence south ward along the eastern limit of Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road up to the north-east corner of the junction of Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road, Mustaque Ahmed Lane (old Marquis Street) and Alimuddin Street. South- From the north-east corner of the junction of Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road (old Wellesly Street), Mustaque Ahmed Lane (old Marquis Street) and Alimuddin Street, thence crossing Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road westward, by the northern limit of Mustaque Ahmed Lane to Mirza Galib Street (old Free School Street) thence crossing Mirza Galib Street westward to the north-west corner of the junction of Mirza Galib Street (old Free School Street) and Mustaque Ahmed Lane, thence southward along the Western limit of Mirza Galib Street to Dr. Md. Ishaque Road (old Kyd Street) up to the north west corner of the junction of Dr. Md. Ishaque Road and Mirza Galib Street, thence westward along the northern limit of Dr. Md. Ishaque Road to Jawaharlal Nehru Road (old Chowringhee Road) up to the north east corner of the junction of Dr. Md. Ishaque Road and Jawaharlal Nehru Road thence crossing Jawaharlal Nehru Road up to the north-west corner of the junction of Dr. Md. Ishaque Road (old Kyd Street), Jawaharlal Nehru Road and Guru Nanak Sarani (old Mayo Road). West- From the north-west corner of the junction of Dr. Md. Ishaque Road (old Kyd Street), Jawaharlal Nehru Road and Guru Nanak Sarani (old Mayo Road), thence north-ward along the western limit of Jawaharlal Nehru Road up to the south-west corner of the junction of Surendra Nath Banerjee Road, Jawaharlal Nehru Road and Dufferin Road, thence crossing Jawaharlal Nehru Road eastward up to the south-east corner of the junction of Surendra Nath Banerjee Road and Jawaharlal Nehru Road, thence crossing Surendra Nath Banerjee Road northward up to the north-east corner of the junction of Surendra Nath Banerjee Road and Jawaharlal Nehru Road, thence along the eastern limit of Jawaharlal Nehru Road to Lenin Sarani (old Dharmatala Street)up to the north-east corner of the junction of Lenin Sarani, Jawaharlal Nehru Road and Sidhu-Kanu Dahar (old Esplanade Row).

North- By a line drawn due east across the river Hooghly from a pillar at the southern boundary of Messrs. D. Waldie and Company s Chemical Works and distillery at Konnagar in the district of Hooghly on the right bank of the river to a pillar on the left bank of the river near Panihati in the district of the 24-Parganas. East- From the pillar on the left bank of the river near Panihati in the district of the 24-Pargans to the Cossipore Sarbamangala Ghat and thence to the junction of Strand Road, Strand Bank Road and Port Trust Railway at Ahiritola Ghat, all lands, buildings and railways as may lie between the outer wire-fencing of the Port Trust Railway and the river including the Port Trust Railway Station buildings which lie outside this fencing. From Ahiritola Ghat to Jagannath Ghat all lands, buildings and railways between the outer wire-fencing of the Port Trust Railway and the river. From Jagannath Ghat to Jagannath Ghat cross Road, thence along the south side of this road to the junction of the Port Commissioners and Mint property thence south along the boundary wall dividing the Port Commissioners and Mint property, Meerbahar Ghat Street thence west along the north extremity of Mir Bahar Ghat Street to the outer fencing of the Port Trust Railway. From Meerbahar Ghat all lands, buildings, warehouses, wharves, jetties and railways which may lie between the river and a boundary line running east up to the south side of Meerbahar Ghat Street to its junction with Strand Road and thence south along the western limit of Strand Road to the crossing of Howrah Bridge Approach Road, north-side and thence along the western limit of Strand Road to the extreme southern end of Outram Ghat landing stage, including all lands, buildings, etc., which lie between the river and a boundary line running south along the outer wire-fencing of the Port Trust Railway, as also the Mukram Lachmi Narain Dharamsala which lies outside this fencing. South- By a line drawn from the extreme southern end of Outram Ghat landing stage to the north end of the Bengal Jute Mill building on Howrah side. West- By the river Hooghly and all that floats thereon, including the Howrah Bridge.

NORTH: Starting from a point where the eastern limit of Eastern Metropolitan Bye-Pass meets the northern limit of Ajoy Nagar 4th Road, thence eastwards along the northern limit of Ajoy Nagar 4th Road and eastern limit of Budherhat Main Road upto the point where it meets the western limit of Nayabandh Avenue, thence northwards along the western limit of Nayabandh Avenue and Nayabandh Main Road thence along the shortest line it meets the southern limit of Suti Khal then it crosses the Suti Khal, thence along the shortest line it meets the northern boundary of Mouza-Chak Ganiagachhi, thence eastwards by the outer boundary of Mouza Chak Ganiagachhi. EAST: By the outer boundaries of Mouzas Chak Ganiagachhi and Nayabandh. SOUTH: By the outer boundaries of Mouza Nayabandh, Chak Garia upto the point, where it meets Railway line, thence by the eastern limit of Railways line up to its’ crossing with the eastern limit of Eastern Metropolitan Bye-Pass. West: Starting from a point on the northern limit of Railway Line meets the eastern limit of Eastern Metropolitan Bye-Pass, thence northwards along the eastern limit of Eastern Metropolitan Bye-Pass up to a point where it meets the northern limit of Ajoy Nagar 4th Road.

NORTH- Starling from a point where the eastern limit of Eastern Metropolitan Bye-Pass meets the northern limit of Ajoy Nagar 4th Road, thence eastwards along the northern limit of Ajoy Nagar 4th Road and eastern limit of Budherhat Main Road upto the point where it meets the western limit of Nayabandh Avenue, thence northwards along the western limit of Nayabandh Avenue and Nayabandh Main Road thence along the shortest line it meets the southern limit of Suti Khal then it crosses the Suti Khal, thence along the shortest line it meets the northern boundary of Mouza-Chak Ganiagachhi, thence eastwards by the outer boundary of Mouza Chak Ganiagachhi. EAST: Starting from a point where the extended southern limit of Baghajatin Station road meets the eastern limit of Railway line, thence southwards along the eastern limit of Railways line up to south-east corner of mouza-Briji. SOUTH: Starting from a point where the eastern limit of Railways line meets the south-east corner of mouza Briji, thence along westwards by the outer boundaries of Mouza-Briji up to the point where it meets the northern limit of Tallys Nala thence westwards along the northern limit of Tallys Nala up to eastern limit of Raja Subodh Chandra Mullick Road. WEST: Starting from the junction point of the northern limit of Tallys Nala and eastern limit of Raja Subodh Chandra Mullick Road, thence northwards along the eastern limits of Raja Subodh Chandra Mullick Road up to the point where it meets the southern limit of Baghajatin Station Road
